Kaylee is an admitted lawyer with a strong foundation in both legal theory and practice, complemented by a Bachelor of Laws and Business from Swinburne University of Technology. She has recently completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at The College of Law and brings a diverse range of experience across multiple areas of law.
Kaylee has worked in private practice and legal research roles, gaining hands-on experience in employment and commercial law. As a Legal Assistant, she supported clients with claims involving Bullying, Unfair Dismissal, General Protections, Discrimination, and Sexual Harassment. Her international experience includes an internship at Bark & Co Solicitors in London, where she was exposed to complex legal matters. She has also completed a legal placement at Martin Middleton Oates in Mildura and worked as a Research Assistant to a Barrister, assisting with case preparation and legal analysis in commercial disputes.
Passionate about social justice, Kaylee regularly visits the Melbourne Immigration Transit Accommodation Centre, engaging with refugees and asylum seekers. Her commitment to community extends to inclusive sport, where she has volunteered as a netball umpire for disabled youth and adults.
Outside of her legal career, Kaylee leads an active lifestyle—surfing in summer, skiing in winter, and practising Pilates year-round to maintain balance and wellbeing.
